After seeing the Iron Angel (TIA) Challenges, I decided to make my own version that is a lot, lot easier. The reasoning behind this is I do not want to quit & there is no excuse to not do 20 extra squats (or a bit more) each day. 
Just so we’re clear, these are exercises to do in addition to regularly moving your body in some other way. These are not all you’d do for a month to keep fit at all. :) I’m more interested in challenging myself to stay consistent with projects right now.
Anyone can feel free to try this to test your motivation, or make your own! :) It’s pretty simple & you can tailor it to your own needs.
